1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdt555 website at bdt555.bio, including all pages, features, services, and content accessible therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an Account on the Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, wagering, and ancillary services provided by bdt555 including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and instant games.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by bdt555 to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus or Bonus-derived winnings must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to validate Player accounts and process withdrawals.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's Account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and bdt555.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the contact details held on their Account.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" in these Terms apply to both you individually and the entity on whose behalf you act.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register an Account and use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bdt555 reserves the right to request identity documents confirming your date of birth at any stage. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any Funds or winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and associated Funds may be suspended and forfeited without prior notice.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes. bdt555 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions

The Services are intended for use by residents of Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. bdt555 makes no representation that the Services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions may result in immediate Account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdt555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may change without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate before initiating any transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of the transaction. bdt555 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time for operational or compliance reasons.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes following approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. bdt555 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional identity verification is required or where suspicious activity is detected.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, bdt555 is entitled to request identity verification documents including, but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal being withheld pending verification.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bdt555 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts other than those used for deposits by the same Player. Any deposit found to have been made fraudulently will be reversed and the associated Account will be suspended.

4.6 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where currency conversion is applicable, the rate applied will be displayed at the time of the transaction. bdt555 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers issued by bdt555 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. bdt555 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute a reduced percentage as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed or used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the bonus validity period; incomplete wagering at expiry results in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

bdt555 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedging wagers to meet wagering requirements, using automated software or bots to participate in promotions, and colluding with other Players to exploit offer mechanics. Any Player found engaging in such conduct will have their account suspended and may have Funds confiscated.

5.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Bonuses

bdt555 reserves the right to amend the terms of any active bonus or to remove a bonus from a Player's Account where there is reasonable belief of fraud, technical error, or system exploitation. We also reserve the right to void winnings derived from a technical error in any game or promotional tool.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the bdt555 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or are broadcast live from regulated studio environments. Game outcomes are independently tested to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) rates. bdt555 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are governed by bdt555's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Bets placed on events that are subsequently voided, abandoned, or shortened in a manner that materially changes the nature of the event may be settled as void at bdt555's discretion. Live in-play bets are subject to acceptance at the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation; late placement due to connectivity issues does not guarantee acceptance at those odds.

6.3 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records held by bdt555's systems shall be the primary reference. Where a technical error has led to an incorrect outcome being displayed or an incorrect amount being credited, bdt555 reserves the right to correct the error, including by reclaiming any incorrectly awarded winnings.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

bdt555 is not responsible for interrupted game sessions or lost wagers due to internet disconnection, device failure, or power outages on the Player's side. Where possible, game servers retain the state of an active round and it will resume upon reconnection. Players should ensure a stable connection before commencing play, particularly in live casino and live sports betting contexts.

6.5 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of Funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players, dealers, or staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a wager has been placed.
• Sharing of Player accounts, account credentials, or payment instruments with third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from bdt555. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to bdt555. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. bdt555 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform lawfully and securely.

10. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable KYC checks are completed. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by bdt555

bdt555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is detected.
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• A Player has self-excluded and attempts to re-register during the exclusion period.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate closure.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, bdt555 reserves the right to withhold Funds pending investigation. Funds will be returned if no fraud or breach is established.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. bdt555 may notify Players prior to applying an inactivity policy. Continued inactivity following notification may result in an administrative fee being deducted from the Account balance in accordance with our published fee schedule, or Account closure at bdt555's discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt555 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

bdt555's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdt555 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which bdt555 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt555 in relation to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Any failure by bdt555 to enforce a provision of these Terms on a given occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of bdt555. bdt555 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity without your consent, provided that such assignment does not materially affect your rights as a Player.
